If you wish to cancel a service you've requested from Enixo Studio, please notify us at studio@enixo.in as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:
Project Stage: The eligibility for cancellation may depend on the stage of the project. Projects that have not yet started may be canceled more easily than those in progress.
Fees: Cancellation fees may apply, which will be determined based on the work completed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date. You will be informed of any applicable fees upon your cancellation request.
1.2 Cancellation by Enixo Studio
We reserve the right to cancel any service at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund of any payments made for that service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the cancellation and refund.

2.1 Refunds for Canceled Services
If you cancel a service in accordance with this policy, we will process any applicable refunds as follows:
Full Refund: If a service is canceled before any work has commenced, you will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made for that service.
Partial Refund: If a service is canceled after work has commenced but is not yet completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the work completed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
2.2 Refunds for Unsatisfactory Services

We will make every effort to address and resolve the issue. Refunds in such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and eligibility will depend on the specific circumstances.
