At Enixo Studio by Digiqal Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (“Enixo Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of our services, please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy below.

Refund Policy:

a. Game Design, Development, Porting, and Publishing Services: Due to the nature of our services, which involve creative and time-intensive work, we generally do not offer refunds for game design, development, porting, or publishing services once the work has commenced. However, if you are dissatisfied with the progress or quality of our services, please contact us at studio@enixo.in to discuss your concerns, and we will make every effort to address them.

b. Game Arts: We may offer refunds for purchases of game arts (e.g., graphics, sound effects, music) if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product. To request a refund, please contact us within 5-7 days of your purchase at studio@enixo.in, and provide details about the issue. We may require you to provide evidence, such as screenshots or descriptions, to support your refund request. Refunds for eligible requests under this category will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Cancellation Policy:

a. Daily or Project Basis Hiring: If you have hired our developers on a daily or project basis and wish to cancel the contract, please notify us as soon as possible at studio@enixo.in. Depending on the stage of the project and the amount of work completed, we may charge a cancellation fee to cover any expenses or work already completed.

b. Game Design, Development, Porting, and Publishing Services: If you have engaged us for game design, development, porting, or publishing services and wish to cancel the project before its completion, please notify us at studio@enixo.in. We may charge a cancellation fee based on the stage of the project and the amount of work completed.

Exceptions:

a. Force Majeure: We may not be able to fulfill our obligations under this Refund and Cancellation Policy in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and government regulations.
